General Information of continuity and measures against the distribution of COVID-19, aka “Corona Virus”

Herewith we would like to take the chance to inform all of you that until further circumstances might force us to take further actions we will be fully available for our customers with service and deliveries.

Our office is open as usual from Monday to Thursday between 08.00 and 16.30 and Friday from 08.00 to 14.30. Outside these office hours we still have our lines forwarded to our mobile phones, thus securing our “24/7-365” availability, which is of special importance for our Service Station for UTI’s and other safety related devices on board our customer’s vessel.

Nevertheless we have taken following actions to slow down distribution of COVID-19 virus being responsible for the currently ongoing Pandemic Disease endangering all of us.

  • Our warehouse is open for incoming and outgoing goods. So far, we do not have any hints of restrictions at our forwarders
  • Our employees are ordered to follow all hygienic measures recommended by the highest German authority for infectious diseases Robert Koch Institut (www.rki.de) and frequently check for updates and information
  • We have taken measures to install the spatial separation of our employees. Starting on Thursday, 19.03.2020 we will have only one person per department working in the office. The colleagues will continue to work from home as they were in the office.

Should there eventually occur any minor delays in answering your enquiries compared to what you know and may expect from us, we kindly ask for your understanding.
