For more than a decade now, our Swedish partner and original maker of the DAROS® brand piston rings for 2-stroke engines, produces the Port-on-Plane (PoP) type rings. The PoP piston ring pack was officially first introduced in June 2012 with above mentioned Service Letter of MAN B+W.
This letter informs about the special design of the PoP type piston rings and gives precise description of how to measure the maximum allowed wear of the rings with the help of a FEELER GAUGE measuring tool. Soon we decided to produce and add such tool to our range of supplies, offering our customers immediate shipments in combination with the PoP type rings or without. In any way – we offer our FEELER GAUGE at a fair price and ship directly from our stock.
